Our couples program takes care of all your needs and is tailored to your specific requirements. The “Program” includes, but is not limited to, all phone consultations, in-office appointments, and your annual physical exam. There are additional costs for blood work, supplements and prescriptions.
Currently, there are several options for getting your required lab work done. If you have health insurance, it is possible your health insurance carrier will pay for most of your laboratory tests. During your initial consultation, we can give you more details on using your insurance to pay for the laboratory test costs. Cash-paying patients can expect to pay approximately $250-$300 for each full set of laboratory tests, depending on the lab used. We work with each patient to determine the most cost effective way to get the required laboratory tests completed.
